We have come from a stone wheel to a rubber wheel. From 8 tracks, to cassettes, to DVDs/CDs. From Ma Bell to Baby Bell to cell phones and their related technology. What is next? Any ideas? Peace

It’s impossible to guess, every time we try we fail horrible. No one anticipated computers or the internet coming around; yet they are clearly this generations answer to the wheel or the printing press.

Our cellphones will be more powerful then the computer your sitting at right now in a decade. I’m hoping that we continue along the path of the smart phone, so that one day we have a single portable device that can serve as phone, Ipad (when we finally get rid of paper!) and laptop. Preferable with the use of VNC or similar protocols so our portable device will only have to ‘call’ our home computer, all the real work will be done on our home PCs. Of course odds are some new technology will come about to make that whole concept as out of date and antiquated as the idea of flying cars and jet-packs.
