The next time u post, put in what type of comp. u have laptop or desktop, what OS ur r running so we can give better advice, but most of time when a comp. starts turning itself off is that something is going to damage it so it shuts down, that usually is over heating, u need to open the case & blow out all the dust & take some Q-tips & can around ur fans & vents, use a can of blow off compressed air, then turn on the comp. with the case open to see if the fans r working, sometimes it’s ur out of room r space on ur hard drive, & went was the time u did a defrag on ur system drives r a disk clean up, get a program called Advanced SystemCare download &run all it’s programs before u defrag cause it will do that for u, hope that helps>:)
